Research

Although the management and operation of the Murwillumbah Museum and collection is now fully in the hands of Tweed Shire Council's Museum staff, Society members remain very closely engaged with the Museum, its exhibits, activities and operation while being able even more to pursue research and other coordinated activities across any relevant area.

Below are just some examples of the exciting activities in which our members meet our key goals of researching, preserving and promoting the rich history of the Tweed Valley:

The Murwillumbah Historical Society regularly conducts research on behalf of clients into the history of the region and its people.
